Well, I've gotten quite a bit of breeding done this weekend, both TB's and mixed breeds. I now have 53 foals on the ground, 23 that still need names. I have 20 more TB's to breed and 13 more mixed breeds. I'll probably be retiring five or six more TB's at the end of the year and at least nine mixers.
I've put a number of horses up on the new player sales page for $1, all but nine of them have sold so far. Right now I have a little over 500 horses in my barn, thanks mostly to all of the breeding I've been doing. A little over 200 of them consist of non-racers: broodmares, foals, yearlings and pensioned horses. Of the racers, 69 are various mixed breeds and 25 are steeplechasers. I will continue to cull.
