Mixed breed racing night, seems to be a lot of fillers running this week, 40 runners in all.


Amir - 5-year-old Arabian horse - I keep meaning to geld this guy and keep forgetting. Maybe I'll remember after this race. He's in a 10K allowanced, ten horse field, not sure if he'll get up for a check or not. 4 65

Aparecium - 2-year-old Appy gelding that I picked up off of the sales page for 1K a few weeks ago, as a filler if nothing else. Tonight he's in a 50K listed stakes, three horse field and one of them is an AJ horse. He'll probably come in second but will still be well worth the purchase. 1 35

As'ad - 7-year-old Arabian horse - Sponsored a 25K NW3, for him since he hasn't seemed to come back from his injury in winning the stakes at the beginning of the year. Eight horse field and there's some good ones in there. 2 66

Back Off - 7-year-old QH gelding - I sponsored a 25K restricted allowance for the old guy at his preferred distance, five horse field, including stablemate Dashing Rye.

Cartecay - 3-year-old Appy gelding - Filler in a 90K stakes, but a sixth horse showed up late last night after I was off, don't know if he'll still get up for a check or not, but I doubt it. 6 51

Classic Gal - 3-year-old QH filly - First start for me, running in a 25K maiden claimer with a field of nine and a purse of 12K. 1 62

Combat Rock - 6-year-old Arabian horse - I sponsored a 50K listed stakes for him, five horse field and they are all very competitive. 4 65

Cuts Like A Knife - 4-year-old QH colt - Running in a 10K NW4, eleven horse field. 7 59
